We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for communication and project management, is inspired by the development in an international environment, and wants to grow daily along with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Client Communication:
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure a smooth communication flow on a daily basis.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and providing updates on project progress.
- Resource Allocation and Management:
- Define and allocate the necessary resources for each project.
- Monitor and control the hours spent on projects, making adjustments as needed to optimize resource utilization.
- Reallocate resources effectively to ensure project deadlines and objectives are met.
- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Oversee the deliverables produced by the delivery team, ensuring they align with clients’ business objectives and campaign ideas.
- Team Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage the work of PPC, SEO, Content, and Social Media Management specialists.
- Ensure team collaboration and efficiency in delivering high-quality outputs.
- Set the objectives and tasks via ActiveCollab/PM tool;
- Control the results of day-by-day activities via Google Analytics and Social Media reporting tools;
- Draft reports for clients in accordance with guidelines and templates;
- Master digital tools (Google analytics, Similar Web, Ahrefs, Semrush etc.).
- Identify opportunities to upsell agency services to clients, enhancing their marketing efforts and driving additional revenue for the agency.
Requirements:
- Fluent English;
- 2+ years of work experience in digital marketing;
- Strong communication skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Desire to learn and develop in the field of Digital Marketing;
- Drive to learn fast and a lot;
- Attentiveness to details;
- Patience to deal with the routines;
- Be eager to undertake responsibility, start acting independently.
