Senior B2B Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing holistic B2B marketing strategies that help our clients—particularly those in deep tech sectors like AI, cybersecurity, and IoT—reach their business goals using the latest marketing practices and tools. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients (up to four projects) and requires a deep understanding of advanced technologies and their markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Comprehensive B2B Marketing Strategies:
    • Craft tailored marketing strategies for clients in deep tech industries, aligning with their specific business objectives.
    • Conduct thorough market research, including competitor analysis, ICP definition, content field research, and trend identification.
    • Translate strategies into actionable roadmaps and campaigns with clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Plan and Execute Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns:
    • Design and implement integrated Inbound Marketing, Demand Generation, and ABM campaigns in different channels such as Content Marketing, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media, Display Advertising, Thought Leadership, PR, and Referral Programs.
    • Oversee the creation of compelling, platform-specific content that resonates with target audiences and maintains brand consistency.
  • Content & Messaging Crafting
    • Lead the development of compelling content and persuasive messaging tailored to the  audiences.
    • Oversee creation of content including white papers, case studies, email sequences, landing pages, and ad copy, ensuring all messaging aligns with brand voice and strategic positioning.
    • Collaborate with content teams to maintain tone consistency, technical accuracy, and narrative clarity.
  • Manage Campaign Performance:
    • Utilize real-time data analytics to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
    • Optimize budget allocation and campaign strategies based on performance insights to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
    • Prepare detailed performance reports and analytics for internal review and client presentations.
  • Lead Client Communication and Alignment:
    • Effectively communicate marketing strategies and adjustments to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment on strategies and objectives.
    • Conduct strategic sessions, workshops, and presentations to communicate plans and gather feedback.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on progress, results, and industry insights.
  • Coordinate Team Efforts and Deliverables:
    • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing assets.
    • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation.
    • Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and contribute to their business success.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
    • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices, especially those relevant to deep tech industries.
    • Identify new opportunities for client growth, including emerging platforms and channels.
    • Analyze ongoing projects to identify areas for scaling and improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience and Expertise:
    • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a B2B Marketing Manager in tech businesses.
    • At least 2 years of experience working with deep tech projects (e.g., AI, cybersecurity, blockchain, IoT).
    • At least 3 years of experience in Demand Generation, Inbound marketing & ABM
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful omnichannel marketing strategies in advanced technology sectors.
    • Deep understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey and sales funnels within tech industries.
    • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on marketing activities.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Solid knowledge of web analytics and SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, SEMrush, and Google Keyword Planner.
    • High proficiency with CRM, Marketing Automation, and ABM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Influ2, Bombora, and others.
    • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as LookerStudio.
    • Proficient in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Webflow.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
    • Leadership qualities with experience in managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Certifications and Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, ABM certification, or PMP are advantageous.
